Michael Fischer
 

Michael Fischer graduated at the Czech Technical University in Prague in combustion engines, turbines and automotive industry, Bachelor and Master of Science (mechanical engineering) in 1974. He got practical experience in testing laboratory, construction and theoretical departments of aircraft engine company MOTORLET/ WALTER. In 1980-84 as the head of license department of a foreign trade company he drafted and dealt a number of significant license contracts on technology transfer with the leading foreign textile machinery manufacturers. After he graduated at the Institute of industrial law at the Czech Patent and Trademark Office, he was charged with the foreign patent protection of the Czechoslovak automotive industry. In 1991 he passed the examinations for Czech patent and trademark attorney and was registered (No.17) to practice before Czech Patent and Trademark Office in all fields of industrial rights. In 1992-94 he graduated in basic Course on the European Patent System of CEIPI University Robert Schumann, Strasbourg. Michael Fischer attends on obtaining and defending of patent rights in the fields of mechanics and physics, on obtaining and defending the trademark rights and on their practical exploitation and on license solicitation and counseling. He is member of the Czech chamber of Patent and Trademark attorneys, of the AIPPI, LES Czech Republic, LES Germany, INTA.

Michaela Švihlíková
 

Michaela Švihlíková is a Czech Patent Attorney registered for trademarks and designs, and a European trademark and design Attorney. She is a member of the Czech Chamber of Patent Attorneys and a member of the international ECTA organisation. She has been engaged in the protection of industrial property continuously since 2010. She specialises in Trademarks and Designs, her extensive knowledge and experience also overlap into other areas of industrial property in the Czech Republic and abroad. She has been actively involved in mediation and other methods of alternative settlement of disputes in the field of intellectual property from 2021. She passed the mediator examinations at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and became a registered mediator in June 2023. She is an IP mediator registered by the IP Mediation Centre in Prague.

Michaela speaks and writes fluent English and she also has German and Spanish language skills.

Milena Fischerová
 

Milena Fischerova graduated in the law at the University J.E.Purkyne in Brno, Bachelor and Master of Law in 1974. She submitted her dissertation at the Law Faculty of the Charles University in Prague and became doctorate in 1975. In 1974-76 law department of the Czechoslovak Commercial Bank, 1976-91 head of the law department of the Czech copyright agency DILIA where she gained large practical experience in the field of the Czech and international copyright law. Since 1996 to date is she Member of the Czech Chamber of Advocates, Counselor at law admitted to practice before all Czech courts and Administrative Institutions. Special expertise in the Czech and international copyright law, Law to the Designs and Trademarks, license law and practice and all aspects of the copyright law related to the industrial rights.
